Gretchen has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, including medical office management, provider and payer relations, managed care contracting and oversight, patient access services, and employer and consumer relations.

Gretchen manages the Provider and Payer Relations department for Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN. She also serves as the Director for the Hancock Regional Physician Hospital Organization, which includes over 120 primary care and specialty physicians.

Gretchen is a self-motivated professional. She maintains professional memberships in the Healthcare Finance Management Association (HFMA), and the American Association of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems (AAIHDS). Gretchen is a certified Professional through the Academy of Healthcare Management and is also certified by Practice Management Institute as a Certified Medical Office Manager. Gretchen has earned a reputation as an instructor who brings an authentic, enthusiastic edge to her courses.
