The provider's revenue cycle today can be negatively impacted by CCI edits, RAC audits, increasing numbers of non-covered services and shrinking fee schedules. These impacts make it even more important to collect every allowable dollar for medically necessary provided services. During this workshop we will discuss proven methods for identifying and eliminating weaknesses within your revenue cycle. Beginning with the initial patient contact and appointment scheduling and ending with the collection of the last allowable dollar, we will share ways to make sure that every scheduled appointment has a reimbursable value, reducing not only wasted valuable provider time but loss of revenue.
