Medical Coder - orthopedic - medical record review - subpoena response

If you are a Medical Coder with experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years of coding experience on the facility and professional side
- Orthopedic coding experience required
- Current certification through AHIMA or AAPC preferred but not required
- Inpatient and outpatient coding experience required

What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for daily, production level coding of orthopedic encounters on both professional and facility side
- Coder will be responsible for review and maintenance of medical records
- Handle subpoena response and purging of medical records
