Today (June 4th) an article "Incident-To: The Rules Just Got Tougher" was placed in the weekly BC-Advantage e-blast talking about the clarifications made in Transmittal 87 related to Incident To guidelines. In an effort to stay ahead of all the articles I have due, this one was written prior to the release of CMS rescinding the transmittal.
