Avoid the 2017 Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) negative payment adjustment, satisfy the clinical quality measure (CQM) component of the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program, and satisfy requirements for the 2017 Value-Based Payment Modifier (VM).
