NHCLA the National Health Care Leaders Association was founded in 2012 by Jennifer Wilkes, CHM, CHBP. Jennifer always wanted to be part of an association known for networking and helping Administrators and Managers tackle day to day issues that are going on in your office and in our ever changing health care world. Jennifer's personal and group goals are to motivate others to achieve excellence. She believes that together, Administrators and Managers can network together and build relationships that strive to reach a common goal. Jennifer has been in the field of Medical Management for over 30 years. She is a Certified Health Care Manager and a Certified Healthcare Billing Professional, and has owned her own Medical Consulting business, Practice Management Consultants, since 1996.
