Former Ethan Allen to become medical building

A medical building is planned for the former Ethan Allen building at 45 Home Depot Drive.
Plymouth MOB II LLC wants to convert the existing building, which used to house an Ethan Allen furniture store, into a medical office building. While the use is allowed, attorney Bob Betters explained to the Zoning Board of Appeals during a Zoom hearing this week that the building commissioner is requiring that his client obtain a permit in order to change the use of the building.
