About


Todd Shiver has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving as either senior vice president or executive vice president for several leading financial technology companies. With each new milestone in his career, Shiver has gained valuable insight into sales, marketing, implementations and operational best practices, allowing him to manage multiple product and service areas with great success.

Shiver now serves as executive vice president for Norcross, GA-based TransCentra, the leader in multichannel billing and payments solutions and software to companies nationwide. In this position, Shiver oversees all sales and marketing efforts, and channel alliances for the organization. Shiver also plays an active role in the creation and execution of institutional efficiency and profitability for TransCentra by providing a valuable long-term vision cultivated throughout his expansive career.

Prior to joining TransCentra, Shiver managed all facets of Jack Henrys Lending Solutions product group including sales, operations, and software development. He increased revenue more than 25% in less than two years while improving margins and implementing annual and multi-year strategies. In addition, Shiver served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Goldleaf Financial Solutions, senior vice president of client management for FIS and held several other executive positions at various companies serving the financial industry. In each of these roles, Shiver experienced significant success and career milestones, including integrating three disparate product groups into one cohesive unit that supported more than 1,000 client financial institutions.
