EMRs What You Need to Know NOW!
 The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) provides up to $44,000 per Physician if an appropriate EMR is implemented. This workshop will help you Learn the alphabet soup of HIT and ARRA requirements for "meaningful use" that trigger $17 billion in Medicare and Medicaid incentives. You will also learn how to deal pro-actively with EMR issues that plague the industry, such as copy and paste functionality, computerized assisted coding options that ease documentation but raise risk and "Smart Tools" that assist in getting coding elements necessary for billing and other important foundational options needed in the EMR.
