I had a websited built and I had stickers made for my car with my website address.  My mom wanted one so I had one made for her car also.  My brother called me yesterday saying that since my mom's car is not insured through my business and my website name is on her car that I can get sued personally.  Any thoughts from anybody.

Hi Traci,

I just emailed my friend who is an insurance agent. This is her reply for you:

It is a very good possibility you are at risk and your liabilities are
exposed.  Your mom's insurance company could possibly add you as an additional driver on her vehicle.  But I would definitely, protect your
risk exposure.

Have a great day!!

Thanks, I also have a call into my insurance broker.  I appreciate it.  I guess I was a little confused because I don't know how this differs with just a normal bumper sticke with "jj's cantina" on it.

I appreciate your response.  Thanks
