I have a cardiologist, interventional, who has an EHR and wants me to bill their hospital surgeries from their notes because they are missing procedures.  I am wondering what I should charge the client extra for billing from the notes as well.  Currently all other claims are at 5%.  They also want me to take over their collections.  I was considering taking over the collections as part of the service as we pretty much do most of it any way but I need to figure out what to charge for billing from the notes and how to make sure it doesn't get out of hand.  I mean the whole purpose of an EHR is to get away from the notes.  Isn't it?
