When coding for an administration fee for an injectable product, we use 96372. But if the product was provided as a free sample (e.g., Aristada), how is that indicated? Is there a modifier code that can indicates the product was provided at zero cost that will still allow of an administration fee?

Thanks!

You can still bill it the same. The difference is there is a $0 on the drug line. The line for the admin code remains the same as well as the injection fee. They have always paid for me.
