GOOD MORNING
CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THE PROCEDURE CODE FOR ABNORMAL LAB? OR DO I JUST USE THE CODE THE  DR CIRCLED 81001.

I'm not quite sure what you mean Dx code for adnormal lab?
the cpt code 81001 is urine with micro

I HAVE THE DX CODE I THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROCEDURE CODE FOR LABS THAT CAME BACK ABNORMAL.

I am thinking you mean DX code and you use a v-code

If you're looking for diagnosis codes for abnormal labs, go to findings, abnormal in your icd-9 book.  There's a long list of abnormal findings for various tests.  There isn't a cpt code for abnormal.
