I need help coding with coding the following for OB's,

If the mother is Rh Neg and baby is Rh positive and the mother received Rhogam, do you use the 656.13 code?

Also, if mother has history of Group B strep in urine on initial
culture 6 months ago and gets Ampicillin upon admission for delivery, do you code 648.91 and V02.51?

The code 656.13 is used to diagnose the Rhesus isoimmunization, antepartum condition or complication. This comes under OB coding. This code comes under ICD-9 coding methodology. The ICD-10 conversion from the above ICD-9 656.13 is done approximately to ICD-10-CM O36.0110
