when billing a 99214 office visit with an injection for a rural clinic does it go on 2 seperate claim forms or one
my understanding was the 99214 goes to rural medicare
and the 96376 goes to regular medicare
my 96376 has paid but the 99214 keeps deniyng for qualifing procedure

You can not bill the injections to Medicare Part B. Those services are covered under the RHC benefit and currently bundled on the UB-04 with the office visit and any other covered services you provided.
