Good morning,

I am new to message boards but i have been told this is a great way to get advise and new outlooks on how other coders code.

My question is what do you consider as risk levels for a level five follow up visit?

some things i think about or consider are.....

If a patient was on a high risk medication for the last 6 months and the physicians is just monitoring the patients medication but there are no changes to it, would you consider that to fall into the high risk category?

OR

Are there certain test or procedures that you feel are more high risk than others that drive your level of risk for a level 5 office visit?

Thank you, any input helps.
