In case you hadn't heard, CMS has officially released its final rule allowing healthcare providers to use 2014 Edition CEHRT for another year.
Hospitals will also now have until 2019 to meet MU Stage 3 measures and objectives.
So what does this mean for providers? Well, it relieves regulatory burdens for them and supports the patient-doctor relationship in healthcare while promoting transparency, flexibility, and innovation in the delivery of care.
