Built-in Workflow functionality allows documents to be routed to specific users or groups. Users are notified instantly when they have files to be worked, and administrators can track a document's progress from start to finish.
Detailed audit reports help clients stay compliant with privacy laws and track who has accessed files and when, along with what they did with them.
Document Level Security to control users' account access, to ensure they only see the documents they are authorized to view.
Browser-based viewer that allows documents to be annotated, have sensitive information redacted, or text highlighted, before being printed or emailed. Our viewer also allows the user to send a secure link that expires, rather than the document itself, for greater security compliance.

All customer data is stored at our 2 secure, redundant data centers. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is used for data transfer and AES 256 Block CBC encryption for data storage.
