Vanessa Best CCS-P, CPC is president and CEO of Precision HealthCare Consultants, a full service practice management and  compliance company that provides on-site and remote consultation and development of healthcare professional office management services including billing software, electronic medical records implementation, training and support services, coding analysis, billing and compliance. Ms Best has over 20 years of medical office experience in all areas from coding to claims processing to full service medical practice management.

Her professional experiences have included not only the provision of billing services but also as a successful instructor of billing and medical coding classes at several colleges in The New York Metropolitan area including Long Island University, Molloy College and Queensboro Community College . She is a Certified Coder as credentialed through the American Academy of Professional Coders and the American Health Information Management. She is also a member of NAFE(National Association of Female Executives).  

Ms Best' accomplishments in her medical billing business has been featured in  Home Business  Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazine. She was selected as a "2003 40 Under 40 Achievement Award Recipient" from the Network Journal.

She was also featured in November 2004 Small Business Opportunities Magazine. Under Ms Best leadership, Precision HealthCare Consultants has  received certification from Empire Medicare as a certified vendor and Preferred Vendor Status with McKesson. Precision HealthCare Consultants was selected as "2004 VAR of the YEAR" due to the company's success as a value added reseller thru NDCHealth Physician Services Unit.  Precision HealthCare was also premiered in NYC Times Square by DELL computer company as part of an elite Small Business Group of companies "To Believe In" in July 2007.
