Hello, I am currently in an online course for billing and coding and struggling coding some practice charts of my own. Can anyone give some advice on where I would look to locate the principal ICD-10-CM diagnosis and the principal ICD-10-PCS procedure code for the below.

This patient is a 68-year-old patient that presents with sudden onset of precordial chest discomfort. An ECG is consistent with an acute inferior ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Diagnostic studies confirm an occlusion of the distal RCA. The percutaneous intervention included dilation with 3.5 x 16 VeriFLEX bare-metal stent deployed at 12 atmospheres. The stent was postdilated with 3.75 x 12 Quantum Apex balloon to a maximum of 14 atmospheres.
There was a final excellent angiographic result with a 0% residual stenosis.

For the ICD-10CM I would start looking for occlusion, artery, carotid and go from there. For the ICD-10-PC I would start with searching the same as above with the percutaneous approach.
