CMS Provides Four New No Surprises Fact Sheets for Patients

The No Surprises Act launched in January 2022. Many healthcare facilities are still scrambling to comply. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has a live, Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) system for consumers to use to report non-compliance.
