2023 Has 4 new Prolonged Codes, as well as, different codes and TIMES for Medicare than CPT has for commercial carriers. Without this easy slide rule, it can be difficult to remember not only the needed code for each place of service - but also how many minutes for either Medicare or how many for Commercial insurance claims.

One side of the Sliderule is used for Medicare and the opposite side for Commercial insurance claims. One end is for new or initial and the other end is for established or subsequent.
