Keith Crownover has almost 30 years of experience in home health, hospice, and private duty information technology. He was an active participant in four key industry projects: 2012 State of the Industry Study, 2011 Delta Study to Reduce Hospitalizations, 2010 Delta National Excellence in Therapy Project, and 2009 Delta OASIS-C Best Practices Project.
In his role as President and CEO, Keith is responsible for all facets of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, quality assurance, implementation and customer service.
Born in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, he has undergraduate degrees in both Computer Science and Human Resources Management and a master's degree in business administration.
Keith began his career with Delta in the Computer Operations department in 1982.
Since that time, he has held a number of different positions with the company in implementation, support, sales and sales management. Keith's extensive experience in the healthcare industry is a substantial asset to Delta and the customers it serves.
Keith's memberships in technology and industry panels emphasize his commitment to partnerships between industry and research. He is a member of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, Home Care Technology Association of America, National Association of Home Care & Hospice Finance and Annual Meeting committees, Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association Member Advisory Board and Medicare Cost Report Task Force as well as the PA eHealth Collaborative Advisory Committee and Home Care & Hospice LINK Advisory Board.
