The move by Congress to delay ICD-10 yet again brings to mind the plot of the critically acclaimed 1996 movie "Big Night"- a breakout piece for its stars, Stanley Tucci and Tony Shalhoub.
In the film, two immigrant brothers (Tucci and Shalhoub) fresh off the boat from Italy land on the Jersey Shore in the 1950s and open an Italian restaurant called The Paradise, where Jersey folks are are introduced to exquisite gourmet Italian meals prepared and fused over by Shalhoub's character, Primo. Nearby, a red sauce Italian-American restaurant caters to lovers of huge pizza pies and heaping mounds of spaghetti-and-meatball dishes. The initial response to the elegant cuisine served by the ever-attentive Primo is dismal - so bad, in fact, that Primo's brother Secondo (Tucci) goes to the owner of the rival restaurant and asks for a loan; the owner demurs and reiterate...
